About Me
My Background
I was a semi-retired (definition - may have to go back to work later) 53 year old single guy crisscrossing the US in his tricked up, 29 foot, classic (translation-used) Tioga Class C Motorhome (The Shark Tank). Then I had to go back to Seattle and work until my second shot at retirement. Stay tuned here for updates, agenda, new pictures of the ride and tow unit, and ways to worm your way into Adventure Shark's plans as he wanders the country once again to see all the continent has to offer. I will be towing the a new Tracker (the fin) along behind and restocking the duo with a new kayak, golf clubs, snow skis, camping and hiking gear, along with the Tux for those nights out in New York at the show.
How I Got Started
I started tent camping with my family and continued when I got married and had kids. Then we moved from a tent to a truck/camper. From there we moved into a motorhome and I kept thinking of how great a way to travel with all your belongings and go where ever you wanted to go. The thought never left my mind until I had the chance to make it happen.
